I hate to report this, but this peanut butter ice cream topping I told you about last night is DELICIOUS. I was afraid it might be. There is absolutely nothing nutritionally redeemable about this one. It is awful. Awful delicious! As if the topping wasn't bad enough for you, you put it over ice cream. Mmmm.
Oh, FYI, I halved the recipe and it still made a lot. Also, I used crunchy peanut butter and LOVED it.
