menu 4/16


Main Dish:
  • parmesan chicken over pasta with breadtwists
  • cap't crunch chicken
  • BBQ ribs
  • shredded beef sandwiches (adapting this recipe) on homemade rolls
  • shredded beef burritos with leftover beef
  • sweet and sour chicken (aka: ketchup chicken) over rice
Sides: canned/frozen/fresh fruits and veggies, rice, bread

Need to Buy for the Menu: Nothing
On purpose I menu plan with what I have in my home. That way I have money (not right now, mind you, $1.02) to stock up on what I can get super cheap.
