And you thought I was done shopping for the month. Not so!
I looked under the kids' beds last night and was not happy to see how low we are on diapers.
So I made another trip to Smiths. Hooray.
Retails: $46.90
Total Spent: $22.96
Percent Off: 52%
How did I do it?
Smiths is running a Rounding Up promotion through Sat. Any coupon under $1 will round up to a dollar, so a $.25 coupon is magically a $1 coupon. The registers do it automatically at checkout.
They also have a Proctor and Gamble promotion where for every 4 participating items you buy, $4 automatically comes off. I starred all the P&G items I purchased.
Great Deals:
Weber Marinades, reg. $1.19
- on sale $.89
- used $.50 coupon from 6/27 SS newspaper
- coupon automatically rounds to price of item
- FREE!!!
* See this post for details on the Gillette Body Wash.
* Luvs Diapers, Mega Pack, reg. $11.79
- on sale $9.99
- $1 off each when you buy 4 participating P&G products
- used $2 coupon from 6/27 RP newspaper (expires today, may be another in tomorrows paper)
- $6.99!! This ends up being 11.65 cents/diaper for a size 4! Costco is 20.8 for Huggies and 21.3 for Kirkland. If you were able to buy the 200 count Huggies at Costco at this 11.65 cents/diaper, it would only cost $23.30 instead of $41.69!
thanks pinchingyourpennies Costco thread
The Rounding Up couponing event ends Saturday night. The sale prices end Tuesday night.
