So I stumbled upon this microwaved cake recipe from thethriftychick a while back and was very interested in it. Tonight Sam asked for cake. Weird. I didn't even know he knew that word. I looked it up again and here it is. The great thing is that you make it in a mug. In the microwave. And cook it for 3 minutes. Sweet. I didn't add the optional chocolate chips but suspect it would have been tastier if I had.
