I really try to create my menus almost solely from what I already have on my shelves and in my freezer. This week I fail. But corned beef and cabbage sounds great, does it? We're going to have it early. If we're lucky, we'll have it again on St. Patrick's Day.
I just bought a corned beef too. I'm trying my best to wait for St Patty's day but it's hard!
