Main Dish:
- bacon wrapped beef fillet I bought at Walmart earlier this week for $.98
- meat and cheese wrap up, similar to this stromboli
- crockpot potato soup
- BBQ chicken sandwiches w/homemade rolls
- pumpkin pancakes, bacon, eggs, homemade hashbrowns
- chicken enchiladas (from the freezer! whoo hoo)
- lemon garlic tilapia (from the freezer too! gotta love baking day)
Sides:
fresh/frozen/canned fruits and veggies, green salad, rice, black beans, whatever sounds delicious...
Need to buy for the week's meals:
Nothing! On purpose I plan meals around what we already have on hand. Occasionally I'll need something here or there, but for the most part we live off what I was able to snag at a great deal in advance.
