How did I not take a picture of dinner? Darn it.
This is BlogChef's. Delicious looking, eh?
I made this Garlic Ginger Chicken last night and it was super good. I gotta say that I am really liking BlogChef's recipes. She has got the Asian thing down. They are not all that complicated or super time consuming and everyone of them that I've tried has been really yummy.
Ease of Preparation: B+
- Basically, cut up the chicken and let it marinate for a 1/2 hour in soy sauce and rice wine vinegar. While that's marinating, prep the rest of the ingredients. And keep your two year old from stepping on your 4 month old. Again.
- This was less than 45 minutes from start to finish, and not really involved work
Taste: A-
- Really good. Both Matt and bro-in-law Morgan gave it high marks for deliciousness. And they are Particular.
Overall: A-
- I served it over rice, which it doesn't say to do, but to not do that seemed, well, wrong.
- Also, it says it serves 2. I thought they were lying. They weren't. If you want leftovers or to serve more people, DOUBLE THE RECIPE.
